How I can fix a Whirlpool side by side refrigerator ice and water dispenser?
The model number on the fridge is GC5SHGXKS00. We just to buy the house and not the water dispenser or icemaker is working. The ice creates ice maker, but pressing the dispenser without ice (crushed or cubes) leaves. In addition, pressing the lever water, no water comes out. I have not tried to change the water filter. The light of the work at the dealer, so I can not understand what is the problem. Please help! Clicking any of the levers, ice or water, no sound. I think you are probably right about the electrical problem. What should I do if it's an electrical problem?
Sounds like a cable connection problem. Are you here just by pressing the keys for ice or water? If not the wiring must be in the bottom of the freezer door. its a 5 or 6 connector pins, somtimes its properly.Try not assume that if you hear the noise may be too cold and froze the auger and the ice bin WTR, DOUT me that despite.
