Landlord, Tenant rights!?
I live in an apartment and the refrigerator is not good condition.
It defrosts and foods doesn't stay cold enough.
Do I have the right to have the lanlord or the manager get it replaced or fix this issue? also, the lanlord has his own showerhead in the bathroom which throws very little water? I mean it doesn't have lots of holes like other showerheads and he told me I can't change it.
I think he does this cos he won't have to pay mroe water bill.
What about this?
He is also condescending person though he seems to be smart in what he does.
What are my rights here?
I recently moved with my gf and paid over $500 move in fee for a one bedroom.

also, do I have the right to move out before the expiration of lease contract because of dissatisfaction reason?
1. The landlord need only supply you with a functioning fridge. Send a written repair request to have it looked out.
2. Most likely the landlord installed an energy efficient shower-head and there is really not much you can do about it.
3. Nothing you state is a legal reason to break your lease.
