Mobile Home Water Heater?
Does anyone know how much, and where I can pick up a heating element for my water heater? Home Depot, Lowes? Also, are they easy to install? It is a 87 Remmington Home if that helps at all. Thanks so much for your help!

I guess another question would be is sediment buildup why my water has a bunch of lime or calcium crystals that come out of the faucet? How can I fix this?
These are all good answers. No one said anything about checking the wattage of the element. On the data plate it will tell you what amperage element you need, and if it is 1 or 2 elements. Putting the wrong element will be costly in the long run. The calcium is building up inside your tank, and flowing out into the piping. You might have a problem draining the tank if it is an older heater. Good luck!
