I need a new filtration system for a fish 29 gallon tank. I have 2 large (5-6 inches) of gold fish and 2 luxury?
algae eaters in it. I am currently using the filter head is dirty energy, but very fast. I have to do constant water changes. What is the best filter system I can use that is not so expensive?
Your tank is saturated, as it is. You should only have 2 fantasies in a gallon of 29/30 anyway. But there are two Im assuming Plecos, algae eaters there. Learn more about your algae eaters? This covers such a wide variety of fish not its even funny. With goldfish, need anyway double filtration power. So instead of buying a new filter, just buy another. For example, if you have a 29 gallon tank, you want 55-60 gallons of filtration power. Want to do water changes once a week at least. Goldfish dirty water more quickly than most other fish, and you may need to do it all for 5-6 days.
