How to setup a big blue house water filter whole.?

I have well water and want to set up a water filter whole house with big blue (20 "X4.5" cartridge support) filters 1 "entries. It is a neutralizer before the installation of filters designed to bring the pH to the proper values. I have almost 0 iron, low levels of orange-brown sediment, no odor or taste to water. Considering a 2 stage filter with a sediment filter and a filter carbon. It would put ball valves 2 (before and after) and 3 meters (before and after each stage). Questions I have: 1. Is there a problem with the use of a carbon filter for the whole house? 2. What is the recommended size for micron sediment and carbon filters? 3. What kind of impact should I expect the water pressure by adding this filter? Thank you.

The plan is so complex for the water you described. All you need is a Smart Filter GE or Culligan whole house filter with an element of sediment type. A simple IN / OUT Setup. Forget all the stages and meters, and the pressure will be fine. Charcoal is good for smelly water, but you do not need you. The GE Smart Water has a built in ON / OFF / BYPASS (that's what I use) and I have not checked out The Culligan, but also eliminate the need for ball valves. ---- In addition, filtering is a good idea. If you remove the sediment that helps maintain clean toilets and lavatories by reducing accumulation. Helps keep water sediment accumulation heater and water pipes. Helps maintain clearer ice. The GE available off the shelf at the Home Depot, as well as filter elements and Culligan to True Value Hardware stores.
