How do I find someone who can use these?
I got a new vacuum cleaner to replace a broken one, and I still have two unopened packs of bags and a belt that fit the broken one. I offered the bags and the belt on my local freecycle group, but I got no hits for them. I know there are people who do use those bags, as they still sell them at stores, but I'm not going to hang out in the vacuum aisle at Kmart until someone picks up those bags to say, "I've got some you can have for free." I hate to throw these bags and belt away. I suppose I could just drop them off at Goodwill, but the problem with that is that they throw half the donations they get into their dumpsters and I don't want to risk that. I want to keep them OUT of the landfill, if possible.
And if anyone on answers wants them, they're Eureka type AA, and I'm emailable!
List them on eBay! I bet someone will buy them.

This just occurred to me. If you really want to save them from the landfill, consider taking them to a vacuum repair shop. Free parts for them and youre not wasting them.
