You know what it is to have something ahead of expectations of 10 times? This was not an impulsive or buy cheap, but worth every penny that I have everything I have wished that there might be in a vacuum. I have had an Oreck for the past 7 years and knew that I could use a vacuum cleaner-light again. I was thinking it would "have to" buy another Oreck, then I saw a commercial for this Hoover. After doing some research, I ordered one, never thinking it would be this good. It is said a couple of pounds more heavier than an Oreck, but I feel lighter, and handles more easily. It is well built and has an exceptionally long cord. The handle is comfortable honest hold, and easy to lift and cleaner on stairs - especially with special handles. But the amazing thing about this cleaner is that it seems effortless to propel back and forth! The Oreck was hard to push on my carpet dense, low, but this team feels like it does the job for you. The controls are conveniently located, and two useful speed. I've never been so excited over an appliance in my life. The thumb drive and comes with attachments are actually pretty good also, although I do not buy it for them. I be telling everyone I know about this vacuum and I highly recommend it.
