Oreck Vacuums Are really worth the extra expense?
If you have an Oreck vacuum, could you give me some information please? My biggest problem right now is cleaning the cats. We got rid of all our carpet - vinyl or laminate flooring only, which has eliminated all odors pet. But it is still difficult to get rid of all pet hair (etc) that builds up on all your favorite beds or sofas. I have my eyes in the vacuum tank of the series 1400 ($ 899, what I'm thinking ??!?!) But if does what it says, I think it would be worth it. I welcome any comment on the basis of their experience with products from Oreck. Thanks!
I am of the opinion that you can not go wrong buying an Oreck product. It is the quality - and they have the ability to back up their quality with great service from one of its 450 stores Home> Cleaning Center. All Oreck "rappers" out there - Get a life. You are so misinformed. As for Consumer Reports ratings are a non-objective rating company. They do not accept any money advertising, but will give your product a "major revision" if his company "donates" to his "foundation." That sounds like extortion me. Do not believe anything you read that - only the # 1 rated product is probably not the best one! Buy an Oreck and you will be happy forever!
