We accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard as payment. We DO NOT accept wire transfers or international credit card payments.
All Virginia residents are subject to a 5% sales tax (unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is provided prior to payment). The sales tax also applies to all customers who pick up items at our Virginia location.
Ground Shipping
We ship all smaller ground items within the US via UPS Ground Residential as quoted by the eBay shipping calculator. We will combine shipping on multiple items. Please contact us for a combined shipping quote if you win multiple items. Please note that items over 25 lbs are not eligible for a combined shipping discount.
Multiple purchases are automatically combined into a single order/invoice. However, any order over 21 days will automatically be processed, and any new purchases will go into a new order/invoice.
We only ship to confirmed Paypal addresses. Sorry, but we DO NOT ship via any other carriers (FedEx, DHL, USPS, your personal shipping account, etc.)
International Shipping
We ship all of our Ground/Air International shipments via UPS Worldwide Expedited. Please contact us for a shipping quote. This quote will include transportation and routine in-house customers clearance by UPS Supply Chain Solutions. However, you, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (which are likely to be applicable) and all other applicable charges. We will NOT classify items as "Gifts", so, please do not ask. We will not refund any payments on returns that are a result of non-payment of taxes or duties. International customers are not permitted to arrange their own shipping.
Local Pick-Up
Local pick-ups are welcome. Pick-up hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm EST. Please email or call ahead for an appointment. VA sales taxes will apply. All pick-ups must be made within 2 weeks of our auction closing date. After this date, we reserve the right to relist your item and you will be responsible for all associated re-listing fees.

Our items are sold "as described". We stand 100% behind what is written in our listings, and we guarantee all of our items against DOA unless otherwise mentioned in the description.
PLEASE NOTE: If you think an accessory should be with this item, and it is not pictured or not mentioned, it is NOT included.
We list a very large variety of items, and we do our best to describe our items as accurately as we can. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
Our prices are not necessarily an indication of value. We list most of our items with a very low opening bid. If they sell low, then you just got a great C2 deal! We want you to be able to trust that what you see is what you get, and we want you to feel confident enough to come back to us for another awesome deal!

We photograph all of our items individually except when we occasionally list in quantity or sell new items. If the description does not say otherwise, the images displayed are of the actual item for sale.
Email / Contact
We answer customer emails regularly during our normal business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm eastern). If you ask a question on a weekend or holiday, we will answer your question promptly on the following business day. Please allow at least 24 hours for a reply.
Returns
Returns are accepted and are subject to a 10% restocking fee (or $20 minimum). Shipping fees will not be refunded. However, if you receive your item, and it is significantly different than described, please contact us, and we will arrange for a full refund or product exchange. Regardless, all returns must be received within 2 weeks (14 days) of original delivery.
Items should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible. If this is not possible, the item should be packed to meet the carrier's insurable packaging specifications. Typically this requires a sturdy cardboard box with at least 2" of padding on all 6 sides.
Refurbished
Items listed as "refurbished" have been restored to their original working and cosmetic condition by us (C2 Auctions) here at our warehouse or by a team we directly contracted to do the work. These items are guaranteed to be fully functional and in excellent cosmetic condition.
AS IS
Items that are sold "AS IS" are not eligible for refunds or exchanges of any kind.
Feedback
We are happy to leave positive feedback as soon as your on-time payment clears, and we appreciate your positive feedback when your transaction is successful. Remember, we are always willing to work with you on any problems you may experience, so please contact us before considering a negative remark. Non-Paying Bidders
Items that are not paid for within one week (7 days) of the auction closing date will be added back into our inventory. In addition, an eBay Non-Paying Bidder claim will be filed.
Calibration
We cannot guarantee calibrations and generally do not calibrate items ourselves.
Batteries
The majority of our items are used/refurbished and therefore we cannot guarantee the life of any batteries.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information a customer provides is used strictly for internal purposes. We will not, under any circumstances, divulge a customer's personal information to any company or individual that is not directly involved with C2 Auction's daily operations.
