D. All items must be sent to a physical address that is on file as an authorized address with either the Ebay or Paypal accounts. (No PO/APO/FPO boxes).

D. There are no partial refunds. If you are unhappy with an item for a covered reason, A full refund of the high bid and the ORIGINAL shipping charges will be provided upon the return of the item. Please do not ask for a "discount" or desire to “renegotiate” after purchasing an item.
