This auction is for a previously owned, top-of-the-line, gently used Oreck XL21 600 two-speed upright vacuum cleaner with HEPA-Celoc hypo-allergenic filtering system. You also receive the original User's Guide, 14 new bags, and an unopened package of Fresh Air cartridges. The Oreck XL21 high-speed upright is one of the finest, fastest, and strongest units in its class. It weighs about 10 pounds. You'll love the way it cleans, gets under things, and is so lightweight and easy to use.
The one elderly owner of this vacuum purchased it for about $500 in early 2003 (accompanying documentation provided), but because she had her home professionally cleaned regularly, she used this vacuum only for quick touch ups. The base shows minimal scuffing (see pictures of base). The roller, outer bag, handle, and cord look really nice. The vacuum is in good working order ... it has been cleaned and the belt is new.
The HEPA-Celoc hypo-allergenic filtering system contains an outer bag of high filtration medical material designed to filter the smallest dust particles, including dust mites. The 30-foot cord allows you to move around freely. The accompanying User's Guide provides all the information you need on the vacuum's assembly, use, care, and maintenance. The vacuum was broken down to keep shipping costs low, but you have only to hand tighten the three handle pieces together to fully assemble it and snap the cord into the handle brackets.
