We have to authorize all returns. When you return a product from U.S A please indicate as a defective product and declare a value of five dollars. Otherwise, we cannot accept the product because of high customs and brockage fees. In general all buyers have to pay the return shipping cost.

· We use ususally UPS GROUND for shipping to the US. The item is sent within 2 business days of receiving the payment. For Canadian customers we use Canadapost. An email will be sent when your package has been shipped.
· We do not ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and PO Boxes in U.S.A
· All our packages are insured for a maximum of $100. Tracking number is always provided for FREE. If buyer wants to purchase insurance for more than $100 he has to pay extra.
