Merchandise
The Shopping Attic offers quality merchandise that is NEW and in EXCELLENT WORKING CONDITION AND EXCELLENT COSMETIC CONDITION. If merchandise is used, it will be listed as Pre-owned otherwise it will be listed as NEW.
Product is sold "As Is". No returns on items. Quality merchandise. Please leave a feedback upon receipt of the merchandise. Exact items featured will be shipped as described. Detailed descriptions are written so the customers will be informed. If there are questions, please email the seller in advance.
EXCEPTION ONLY:::: If an item has to be returned due to negligence on the sellers part, it is granted by PERMISSION ONLY !! If there is an error on the seller’s part, arrangements can be made to refund the buyer the final cost of the item and the original shipping cost that the buyer paid to the seller AFTER the merchandise is shipped to the SELLER.
Buyer is responsible for returning the merchandise and pay for the shipping costs to return to the seller. Original merchandise MUST be in shipped in proper order for it to be accepted and refund granted.
Payment
Payment is expected within 1 day of the ending of the sale unless the arrangements have been made with the seller. PayPal preferred. No personal checks will be accepted. After 2 days a REMINDER EMAIL will be sent for payment.
Failure to pay for merchandise will result in a report to Ebay and PayPal to collect the payment.
Shipment
Items are shipped within 2-3 days of the ending and/or payment clearing. The Shopping Attic uses USPS with Priority, Flat Rate, Parcel and First Class Shipping methods.
Fragile merchandise will be shipped in proper order with bubble wrap to INSURE a well packaged product will arrive to you.
International customers email in ADVANCE regarding shipping costs. Shipping cost will vary by destination.
Buyer Responsibilities
If a customer bids on the merchandise, it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay in a timely manner and incur all shipping costs.
