I offer a 60 day no questions asked return policy. If for any reason you
are not happy with the product please return and a full refund will be
given no questions asked. I do however have to verify item was indeed
purchased from jyoung1007. A few people out there are scammers in turn I
have devised a method of ensuring other peoples old or broken items
aren't returned to me in place of my item. It involves writing down the
serial numbers of all items before being shipped and if item doesn't
have a serial number I use special invisible inks and coding on the
packaging to verify authenticity. BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!ALL CROOKS WILL
BE REPORTED TO EBAY AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES!!!
Authenticity
All of our products are guaranteed authentic. From our routers to our
nutritional supplements to our putters. We have been on eBay a long
time, and people who sell fakes don't last long. Knock off's are a huge
problem on the internet these days! Rest assured we will never sell
anything that is not authentic, and if you do run across any member that
does please report them asap to ebay's trust and safety department!
Shipping
We ship u.s.p.s priority mail. We use all flat rate boxes and
envelopes. Priority mail on average takes 2-3 business days to get
there, but that's not a guarantee by u.s.p.s that is just average
delivery time.******NOTE****** Paypal has integrated u.s.p.s into a
program called multiple order shipping. Soon as the seller creates a
shipping label paypal automatically sends an email out to the email
address that paypal has on file. In that email will be a delivery
confirmation number. It is not a tracking number! It only shows when the
item was dropped off at the post office and when it was delivered to
you the customer. No in between information will be given.
-Handling time
I normally ship 1-2 business days after purchase. If I ever have to take
longer than that I will email you and let you know. That's a rare case,
but sometimes it does happen.
-International Sales & Shipping
I rarely sell international. When I do it is for bulk orders. If you

Feedback
Feedback is an integral part of the ebay's concept. I find that not
enough buyers are aware of how the feedback system works, and I think if
buyers were fully aware of how it worked and used the system how it was
supposed to be used eBay would be the safest marketplace on earth! I am
going to try and sum it up for all the buyers out there.
Feedback isn't to be used as leverage to expedite shipping or to get a
cheaper price. A lot of members use it as such. In no case should ones
feedback be based upon those two things. Once you read the persons
description and understand it then choose to bid on the item, and win
the item THAT is when everything a seller does should be looked at and
evaluated from then on until you receive the item to make honest and
fair feedback comment.
Ask yourself these questions**************
1.Did the seller send the item in the exact condition described? If the
item was not as described did the seller quickly rectify the
situation? We as sellers make mistakes at times and feedback isn't
about making a shipping error or overlooking a defective item. It's
about the seller making the transaction a positive transaction. Did the
seller immediately ship out the correct item? Did he immediately send
you the same item but not damaged or if the seller doesn't have that
item did the seller give a full and immediate refund 99.9% of the time
everything goes smooth but when an error occurs it comes down to how the
seller handles the situation.
2. Did the seller ship the item in a timely manner? If a timeline isn't
made clear in the description did the seller ship the item within what
ebay say's is a reasonable shipping time, and that is 7 business
days.**** a lot of sellers have 2-3 jobs and kids etc... Often we can't
run straight to post office. Most sellers get to the post office asap
but please just keep in mind we can't always ship immediately.
3. Has the seller kept you somewhat informed?*** I prefer all my
descriptions and disclaimers to do the talking, but when asked I will
always answer a question in detail especially if it is post purchase. A
buyer should never feel that they sent their money into oblivion, and be
wondering where the item is. On the same token we as sellers can't
answer 50 emails about an item.
Feedbacks effect on sellers
Negative feedback affects a seller in many ways. To many bad feedback
can have you account suspended in the worst case scenarios. In lesser
cases it also can get a sellers discounts taken away and negatively
affect a sellers search standings.
Positive feedback affects all of the above also. Your account will stay
in good standing you will receive big seller discounts and be placed
high in the search standings.
