No reserve! We bought this vacuum for my grandma as a gift. It was set up for her. Demoed a couple of times, and then it just sat in its box for months because she didn't want to bother with it. It has spent 99% of its life in a box. It is practically brand new and is extremely clean. Included is the vacuum itself, three additional filters, two virtual walls, 4 unused batteries to power them, a brush cleaner, manuals, charging station, and all the original packaging.
