* Shipping to the 48 contiguous states only. No shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

* We cannot ship to APO/FPO or PO box addresses.

* Pallet Auctions: We can arrange the shipping for you or you can arrange the shipping yourself.

* Empire Liquidators is now located at 1791 Fillmore Ave., Buffalo, NY 14211.
* Local pickup hours are M-F 7:00-3:30 and Sat. 7:00-3:00.
* Forms of payment accepted are: PayPal, Credit Card. No Personal checks. No business checks.
* All single listings have a $5/item pickup fee. All pallet listings
have a $15/pallet fee.
* Local sales tax is 8.75% on all purchases/fees in the state of New York.
A valid tax id is needed in order to have any taxes waived.
* Larger orders of 10 items or more we ask that you provide us a least 24
hour notice by faxing a list of PAID item numbers to 716-852-3220.
* Only orders that are fully paid in advance will be pulled.
* Pallet Pickups: Please arrive here a minimum of
30 minutes or more before our closing time to ensure we can get
these pallets to you.
* All auction transactions not picked up from the warehouse within 90 days of auctions end are null and void.
