It is in very good condition. There are just a few minor scuff marks around the bottom of the base. I did test it & it works great! You just need to clean the clear bin & filters and it should be good to go! You should also know that this model is a bit smaller than the DC25 & much lighter. The box is 24x12x11. The handle, of course, attaches & it extends quite a bit. The combination tool is included as well as the manual. The box has a date code of December 2008 - they all seem to. I am guessing that this is when the boxes were produced and the vacuum was produced later. There is no warranty from Dyson on this vacuum because it was purchased as part of a large wholesale buy so there is no receipt. Any issues, full refund.ORIGINAL RETAIL: $450
