This machine is in USED condition. The TOP COLLAR on the telescopic wand is missing, SEE PICTURES!!! I have included a stock picture of what the wand is supposed to look like! I called Dyson to get it replaced, the whole wand needs to be replaced. It is $83.99 S&H at dyson.com. It could also be DUCK TAPED! It is clean and runs great. It includes everything shown in pictures. Be sure to SUPERSIZE the pictures !!
