We test that all batteries hold a charge (in other words are not DOA). Our standard policy is to guarantee that your battery will hold a charge but not the length of that charge.
We are not responsible for software contents that are left on such devices. We recommend for you to contact the manufacturer or download a copy of the OEM restore software.
