CONDITION SCALE
All items are previously owned. Due to various degrees of previous use and/or wear, we use the following scale to help define condition. Please ask all questions before bidding.
1. NEW: Never opened or used. Item is sealed in manufacturer’s original packaging as shown in the provided pictures.
2. EXCELLENT: May not include manufacturer’s original packaging and may be missing some accessories (see Pictures). Item is fully functional. Item may have been rarely used or extremely well taken care of by previous owner. Item may show very faint cosmetic blemishes due to storage without original packing materials.
3. VERY GOOD: Item may include noticeable dents, dings, scratches or other physical signs of previous use or wear. Item is tested and functional. Auction includes accessories as shown in the provided pictures and listed in the “Description” section of the page.
4. GOOD: Item shows very obvious signs of previous use and/or wear including dents, dings, scratches, dull finish, discoloration and/or other signs of age. Most signs of wear are cosmetic, though item is not to be considered in perfect working condition. See “Description” or ask questions for further detail.
5. AS-IS: Item is NOT GUARANTEED to be functional due to missing parts, needed accessories or an inability to test the item in our warehouse. Items show varying degrees of previous use and/or wear; please refer to pictures for detail. Returns are not accepted; please use caution, bidding on these items is at your own risk.

Late payments or canceled transactions may be subject to a $10 restocking fee. The winning bidder must complete the Kyozou checkout to complete their order. SHIPPING INFORMATION
As of January 2011, we ship all orders through UPS. Orders ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please contact us directly through eBay Messages if you have any questions or concerns regarding our shipping policies and procedures.
TRACKING NUMBER: An automated message with tracking details will be sent to the email address you have associated with your order and/or eBay account. Our automated messages are often filtered by SPAM settings, so please check your junk mail folders or add us, SALES@PMIBIZ.COM, to your address book to ensure you receive this info.
Combined Shipping: We do combine shipping if the combined items are not too large for our available packaging materials. Please wait until all auctions are closed and contact us through eBay Messages for a combined shipping quote. We will combine shipping and send you a confirmation that you can complete the checkout.
Our shipping rates do not apply to orders shipped outside of the continental United States! Bidders from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico must request and receive a shipping quote prior to bidding. Orders will not ship until the appropriate fees are collected.
LOCAL PICKUP: We do allow local pickups. You MUST complete the checkout and schedule your pickup to ensure your item is on site and ready to go. We do accept payments in person, though we require exact change when paying with cash. We cannot make change at our location.
RETURNS: 10-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
We offer a 10-day Satisfaction Guarantee on our items except those listed in AS-IS condition per our Condition Scale. This guarantee is provided as an added measure of assurance when shopping with Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry's eBay auctions.
Please contact us immediately through eBay Messages should you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we will allow you to return the item per the conditions below.
It is the customer's responsibility to package and ship the item back using the most basic ground service available; we do not refund expedited shipping of any kind (e.g., priority, express, overnight). However, we do ask that return postage is displayed on the shipping label or a copy of the return shipping receipt is included in the box. Return shipping is refunded on a conditional basis.
Refunds are processed within three to four business days of receiving a returned item, though failing to include a note may cause delay and/or subject the return to our restocking fee. Refunds are always processed through the original method of payment; Orders paid in cash are refunded by company check which will be mailed to the shipping address on file.
Canceled orders and returned items may be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Please ask for details before returning an item.
