Unit is not refurbished or reconditioned. It truly is in excellent working condiitons. We purchased this unit 10 months ago and its been used about 7hrs a day 5x a week. It has 1136 hours. Not job hours, but actual machine life hrs. We had this unit outside of our paint booth to remove the humidity off the air. It worked fine however it was time we upgraded to a bigger unit. Everything on this unit works perfect. No issues at all. It comes with its filter, semi pneumatic wheels and the retractable handle. We paid $1,464.00 for this unit including taxes. Ready to work once you recieve it.
