I purchased this vacuum from the estate of the original owner, who was somewhat of a compulsive shopper. It has never
been opened. She purchased it new at Bed, Bath and Beyond for $279.99 + tax.
CONDITION:
New in original box, sealed with original factory tape.
Minor handling/storage-related wear to the box. Otherwise the box is clean and undamaged. No signs of abuse.
The strip of clear tape sealing the bottom is broken at one end only -- see photo. Otherwise all original factory sealing tape
is intact.
All sides of the box are represented in the photos.

LOCAL PICK UP: The winning bidder is always welcome to pick up the item in person and save all shipping and packaging costs. We are located in Omaha, Nebraska. As long as the item is paid for in full within one week of the end of auction, we will be happy to store any item for up to three months, free of charge. So if you are considering driving to pick up your item in order to save the shipping costs, you can take up to three months to do so, as long as you pay within one week of the end of auction. We are available for pick ups Monday through Friday, 10am to 4pm.
PAYMENT: We accept Paypal. Nebraska residents must pay 7% sales tax.
We require full payment within one week of the end of auction. If we don't receive payment within one week, the item will be re-listed.

RETURN POLICY:
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on every item we sell. Simply email us within three days of receiving the item to let us know you are returning it for a refund. Securely repackage the item and ship it back to us, fully insured. We will provide you with shipping instructions via email. We must receive the item within two weeks of hearing from you. We must receive the same item we shipped originally in its original condition. We refund the winning bid amount only, not the packing and shipping fees.
Note that our return policy is void if more than 3 days expires after you receive the item, if more than 2 weeks passes before we receive the return, if you ship the item anywhere else before returning it to us, if you offer the item for sale yourself after receiving it, or if we receive an altered or substituted item.
WHAT TO DO IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED:
Inform us immediately by email if your item arrives damaged. The shipper may want to inspect the damaged item and the original packaging so please do not throw away the item or any packing materials. Save all bubble-wrap, cardboard wrap, peanuts and all original boxing. DO NOT send back to us for a refund, we must file a claim with the shipping company whenever an item is damaged in shipping. We will contact the shipper on our end and initiate the claim once we have made contact with you.
PRIVATE FEEDBACK: If you are the winning bidder on this item and your feedback profile is private, we may ask you to temporarily make your profile public before completing the transaction. In such cases we would only require that you do so long enough for us to examine your profile. If your feedback profile is private and you aren't willing to do this, please don't bid on this item.
