I thought I sold all the Air Purifiers I once owned. My wife and I finally got to the rear of my large storage area looking for winter clothes. To our surprise there were two more Air Cleaners. As of now I am selling one of the Allerair Air Purifiers.I owned a Business Equipment Company in New York City. We employed 125 people. I also owned an Air Purification Company named Strategic Air Care Inc.The Air Purification business that we performed was in the NYC Hospitals, the World Trade Center, Building “Clean Rooms” for various businesses, and setting up areas where people could smoke at work. Our equipment would rid the room of smoke as fast as it was possible.I decided to sell my Business Equipment Company to a large Corporation called Ikon Office Solutions.Approximately 20 of the employees that worked for Strategic Air Care also worked for my Business Equipment Company named “Stratocom Corp”To continue in the Air Purification business I would have had to replace and retrain these 20 servicemen with new employees.After the strict Smoking Laws went into effect in NYC, and after 9/11, I decided to close Strategic Air Care. I still designed and built large Air Purifiers for specialized applications in private homes and businesses. In fact, when I had my offices in NYC, I was CNN’s Indoor Air Quality Specialist and field analyst when television coverage was called for.I was an Authorized Dealer for Honeywell, IQ Air, Smoke-Eater Products, Allerair Products and companies that manufactured Hepa and Ulpa Filters, Pre-filters, Charcoal media, powerful fans and enclosures to build specialized Air Purification Systems.Here is a description of the two Allerair Air Purifiers. They are both unused. (Please see pictures.) One of the systems has a few scrapes and bumps on the exterior. These imperfections have no effect on the units operation. The price will be priced accordingly. Inside they are new and have never been used.Because of the time that has passed since they were purchased, I will be replacing all of the filtration materials, ( Hepa Filters, Pre-Filters, Specialized Carbon and Coconut granules etc) with new media made of the exact same materials. Both units are still currently being sold as part of Allerair’s exceptional product line. It is impossible to fake new condition when 28 pounds of Charcoal media is being used to filter the air. I am changing
everything for free because that is
what I would expect
someone who understands the Air Purification
process
to make a
priority, and I would want that change performed
on any Air
Cleaner
that I was purchasing.If the Air Cleaners were not
brand new, even if all the filters were changed to new ones I still
would
not buy that product.

I never thought that building Air Cleaners had more than one interpretation.I should have known better. There is definately a difference.There are the Manufacturers of Commercial Air Handling Equipment that produce the 'High End ' Air Purification Systems. These Companies are filled with talented and knowledgeable people who are experts in what must be done to clean the air. They specialize in producing the largest 'Air Handling Equipment.' Their market focus in on large corporarions.The next group of Air Cleaner Manufacturers sell to the mass marketplace.Many of these Companies, buy their Hepa Filters,their Pre-filters, Filters,and permagenate from a few incredibly innovative Comapnies that specialize in the creation and invention of 'Air Quiality' products. I'm not going to mention names, but these guys know what they are doing. They also sell their products to NASA, the most respected Hospitals in the US etc. When you want the best, these companies can provide it for you.The mass market Manufacturers often, but not always, buy from these Companies When a company makes it's own products, it often does so to save money. It is a very competative market.When they make their own products, they can be very good, or they can be produced to a price point.No comment. I guess what I actually did was to first design the Air Cleaner. Then go to the different Manufacturers or Distributors of Air Quality Supplies that I respect.I find and match products that will allow me to build a proto-type that adheres to the design as closely as possible. Since there are many different sized and shaped rooms, the prototype must be effective in diverse environments.I chose to market Allerair Air Cleaners. I like products that use large amounts of charcoal in their design. In the correct sized rooms they were effective.Your Question: I wouldn't be a dealer for a Manufacturer who sold inferior products. Part 2
I learned about breathing problems when I was very young.
When I was born, my sister developed severe Asthma. Her breathing became so
compromised, that she had to spend much of her time in "Breathing
Enclosures" that were filled with high levels of Oxygen. She eventually
had to live in Arizona for a year to help strengthen her immune system. My
girl friend’s daughter also had severe Asthma. I must have spent 3 nights per
week in the Emergency Room for two years when we were together.
But I learned how frightening it is when a child (or an adult) has trouble
breathing and doesn’t know where their next breath is coming from.
Without and Air Filter to clean the air, our lungs are forced to be the
Filter 24/7.
People spend most of their time in the bedroom. If during bedroom time, a
high quality Air Purifier was cleaning the air, our immune systems could
rest. Eventually, a healthy immune system is capable of fighting off the
allergens that are blocking the sufferer's air passages by causing the mucus
membranes to become inflamed
Within 6 months, when the immune system has regained its strength, when the
sufferers airway is starting to close, all they need to do is enter their
bedroom and turn up the dial of the purifier, and within 30 seconds their
nose and lungs are clear and their breathing is normal. Plus when they do go
outside, their nasal membranes are far less sensitive and they are able to be
more active, without worrying about having an attack. I have experienced this
phenomena so many times that it makes me question Doctors who prescribe
multiple medications for this condition.
This can only weaken the immune system. I am looking forward to embracing
this next project and helping the people who need relief from their
suffering.

close to my heart.
