Is the air from the Sharper Image Ionic breeze air purifier supposed to smell funny?
I just bought a used ionic breeze air purifier, but the air coming out of it doesn't smell that great. Is that normal? What's the deal? Thanks!
Yes, I think it's normal. I had one in the office for a while, and even after cleaning it and everything, it smelled a little strange. Maybe that's because our noses are so used to the smell of dirty air.
It's similar to the feeling when you drink distilled water.
